The Minnesota Wild completed the 2023 NHL entry draft Thursday. The Wild made six selections in this draft. Those include:
First round 21st overall center Charlie Stramel out of the University of Wisconsin,
Second round 53rd overall Rasmus Kumpulainen, center out of Finland,
Second round 64th overall Riley Heidt, center out of Prince George in the WHL,
Fifth round 149th overall Aaron Pionk, defenseman out of Waterloo in the USHL,
Sixth round 181st overall Kalem Parker, defenseman out of Victoria in the WHL
Seventh round 213th overall James Clark out of Green Bay in the USHL.
