The Minnesota Wild have announced star forward Kirill Kaprizov will miss three to four weeks with a lower-body injury. He suffered the injury in Wednesday night’s victory over the Winnipeg Jets. The injury occurred midway through the third period after being taken down to the ice awkwardly by Jets defenseman Logan Stanley. Kaprizov has scored 39 goals this season, which accounts for 21.8 percent of the team’s goals scored. With the injury, the Wild have recalled forward Sammy Walker from the Iowa Wild of the AHL.
