World’s oldest living person Sister Jean passes away at 118

The world’s oldest known living person died Tuesday at the age of 118. A French nun Sister Andre passed away in the southern city of Toulon. Born Lucile Randon on February 11th 1904 Sister Andre was named the oldest living person by the Guinness Book of World Records in 2022. The oldest person ever according to Guinness was another French woman, Jeanne Louise Clament who died in 1997 at the confirmed age of 122 years and 164 days old.
