An 18-year-old and juvenile have been arrested in Yankton on arson charges. According to the Yankton police department, the fire was set August 23rd in the 200 block of west 5th street in Yankton around 12:25 p.m. The scene was investigated by Yankton police, the state DCI, and state Fire Marshal which claims they found evidence the fire was lit purposefully and could not have been caused by environmental factors.
