A Yankton man has been sentenced to 15 and a half years in prison on child pornography charges. According to the US Attorney for South Dakota, 44-year-old Jason Sejnoha was charged with secretly creating video recordings of unclothed minors while in a bathroom. Along with the 15 year prison sentence he will serve five years supervised release and pay $5,1000 to the Federal Crimes Victims Fund. He was indicted in 2021 and pleaded guilty in March of 2023.
