(Kelo.com – Sioux Falls, SD) An arrest effort ended in gunfire in Sioux Falls late yesterday.
Police were attempting to arrest Shawn Roubideaux, who was wanted on several warrants…including a deadly shooting.
Assistant Police Chief Nick Cook…
When police were serving the arrest warrant, Roubideaux produced a gun, and several officers opened fire on him.
He’s being treated for his injuries at a local hospital.
The South Dakota Division of Criminal Investigation is handling the case.
