City of Aberdeen workers have filed for a union election, a vote on which will be scheduled for July 7th and 8th. According to a release about the effort from American Federation of State, Country and Municipal Employees council 65, this campaign is being led by city employees seeking fair pay, better benefits and a who want a say on decisions made that impact work and family.
