Deadline to change voter registration to take part in the GOP gubernatorial runoff election Monday

Today is the deadline to change your voter registration if voters with to participate in the GOP gubernatorial runoff election. In order to participate, you must be a registered Republican. Democrats, independents and other party affiliate may not take part in the GOP primary. The race is between Aberdeen businessman Toby Doeden and incumbent Republican governor Larry Rhoden. The election will be held Tuesday July 28^th. Early voting is already underway. Voters have until 5:00 p.m. To change their registration. To change your registration visit your county auditors office. The winner of this runoff election will face Democrat Dan Ahlers in the general election this coming November.
