The NCAA has released the FCS college football playoff bracket. Earning the top overall seed was North Dakota State. The other top eight seeds, which all get first round byes include in order Montana State, Montana, Tarelton State, Lehigh, Mercer, Stephen F. Austin and UC Davis. Other Missouri Valley teams who made the tournament include North Dakota who will take on #13 Tennessee Tech in the first round. Youngstown State was given the #15 seed and will take on Yale in the first round. Both South Dakota DI schools qualified for the post season. The University of South Dakota was given the #11 seed and will take on Drake in the first round. South Dakota State was given #14 seed and will take on New Hampshire in the first round. Both games will be played this Saturday. Kick off will be at noon.
Games will be played November 29th, December 6th, December 13th and 14th, December 20th and the FCS National Championship will be January 5th 2026.
