Fire crews were on the scene Wednesday night at QQP on sixth avenue in Aberdeen, just off main street. According to Aberdeen Fire and Rescue, the call came in at approximately 9:18 p.m. First responders say a shirt got caugth on a conveyor belt, which started the fire. Employees hit the killswitch and the building was evacuated before fire crews arrived. There was no structural damage to the building and no one was injured, but equipment did suffer damage before the fire was put out. Crews then took time to ventilate the building for smoke.
