(WNAX – Yankton, SD) The Yankton Police department assisted in the arrest of a man wanted for an out-of-state murder on Tuesday.
Moises Ramirez, who is wanted for murder in Florida, was apprehended by the Yankton Police Department, U.S. Marshals Service, and the Division of Criminal Investigation near 10th Street and Douglas Avenue.
The Yankton Police Department stated that the arrest was made after the Marshals Service received a tip that Ramirez was in the area.
