South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden has announced Marcia Hultman has been named a senior advisor to the Governor. Hultman currently serves as the Department of Labor and Regulation Secretary in the Rhoden Administration. Hutlman has led Labor and Regulation since 2014 and has nearly three decades of state government experience. Workforce Development Director Kendra Ringstmeyer will take over as interim Labor and Regulation Secretary.
