McPherson County State’s Attorney Austin Hoffman announces candidacy for Attorney General

McPherson County State’s Attorney Austin Hoffman has announced his candidacy to be South Dakota’s next Attorney General. Hoffman is a Eureka native who along with being McPherson County State’s Attorney, he also serves on the South Dakota Open Meetings Commission and the South Dakota Board of Elections. In a release about his candidacy he says he plans on focusing on backing the blue, recidivism reduction, drug trafficking and fentanyl and protecting South Dakota Families. Hoffman will seek the Republican nomination.
