A Minnesota State Trooper passed away following an off-duty accident on Waubay Lake in Day county. The Minnesota State Patrol made the announcement on its Facebook page, Trooper Mollie McClure passed away Sunday afternoon. Day County Emergency management responded to calls about a drowning on Sunday and crews were able to recover a body on Monday.
