The Minnesota Vikings opened up the 2026 NFL season with a victory at home over the Green Bay Packers. The final was 39-22. Green bay led 22-10 in the third quarter then gave up four unanswered Minnesota touchdowns to win the game.
Vikings quarterback Kyler Murray left the game in the first quarter with what appeared to be a concussion injury. Carson Wentz came in and finished the game going 12-19 passing for 133 yards and three touchdowns.
