The Minnesota Wild have resigned forward Michael McCarron to a six year $20 million contract. McCarron is 31-years-old and played 20 regular season games for the Wild after being acquired from the Nashville Predators on March 3rd for a 2028 second round pick. He had the best year of his NHL career this past season, with a career high in shots at 109, 205 hits and 77 blocked shots.
