A Rapid City man has been sentenced after pleading guilty to a deadly downtown stabbing. According to court documents 23-year-old Diontae Eagleman was sentenced to 40 years in prison in the death of 45-year-old Francis Tobacco. Eagleman pleaded guilty to first-degree manslaughter earlier this year. The incident occurred in April of last year a block from Rapid City’s town hall.
