A Reliance, South Dakota woman died Thursday in a two-vehicle crash near Lyman, South Dakota.
Preliminary crash information indicates Gayle V. Mohr, the driver of a 1998 Suzuki VDD51TON mini truck, was traveling southbound on 324th Avenue. At the same time, Collin James Hoffer, the driver of a 2006 Freightliner semi-truck, was traveling westbound on S.D. Highway 248. Mohr entered the intersection without stopping and collided with the Freightliner. She was ejected from the vehicle and sustained fatal injuries. Hoffer was taken to a Chamberlain hospital with minor injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. All information released is preliminary.
