Sanford Pentagon to host South Dakota’s first ever WNBA game

The Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls has announced it will host a WNBA game in April. The Phoenix Mercury will face the Chicago Sky in a pre-season game at the Pentagon on April 25^th. Phoenix is coached by Sioux Falls native Nate Tibbetts, who played for the University of South Dakota and coach the University of Sioux Falls and the NBA G League’s Sioux Falls SkyForce. This will be the first ever WNBA game in the state of South Dakota.
