Six men have been arrested after getting caught in an undercover operation at the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally targeting alleged child exploitation. The sting was conducted by the South Dakota Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force between August, the Attorney General’s office, the state Division of Criminal Investigation, the Rapid City Police Department, US Marshal Services, Pennigton County Sheriff’s Office, Pennington County State’s Attorney’s office and Homeland Security 7th through the 12th. Law enforcement posed a minors or traffickers offering children for prostitution through online advertising and social media.
- Johan Vazquez-Garza, 33, Rapid City — solicitation of a minor.
- Bo Bo Aung, 38, Box Elder — first-degree human trafficking, attempted first-degree human trafficking and attempted fourth-degree rape.
- Adrian Tomas Randles, 39, Rapid City — solicitation of a minor.
- Steven Clay Brown, 62, Sturgis — solicitation of a minor.
- Kevin Orlanda Tassion Brown, 30, Dillon, South Carolina — first-degree human trafficking, attempted first-degree human trafficking and attempted fourth-degree rape.
- Jay Anderson, 39, Hot Springs — solicitation of a minor.
