Minnesota Twins star third baseman Royce Lewis left the Twins Sunday spring training game against the Red Sox with what the team has described as a left hamstring strain. He will be further evaluated today and is set to undergo an MRI to determine the severity of the damage. Lewis despite his skill has had an extensive injury history, failing to play more than 82 games in a major league season.
