Two Wings players commit to play DI hockey at the Air Force

The Aberdeen Wings have announced two players have committed to play Division I college hockey at the Air Force Academy. The two include defenseman Gavin Reed and forward Cade Moxham. Reed is a Dayton Minnesota native who joined the Wings in the 2023-24 season. He stand’s 6’3 and is a left shot. So far this season he has appeared in 57 games scoring four goals and 26 assists for 30 points and has a +13 rating on the season. Moxham is a Bakersfield California native who has served as an assistant captain this season with the Wings. He stand 6’2 and is a left shot who plays both wing and center. In 50 games with the Wings this season he has scored 19 goals, 24 assists for 43 points.
