The University of South Dakota men’s basketball team has announced the addition of transfer student Kajus Kublickas for the upcoming season. Kublickas is a 6’2 guard and transferring to Vermillion from the University of Pacific with one year of eligibility left. Before Pacific, he previously played for the University of Florida from 2023-25 and was part of the Gators 2024-25 National Championship team. Kublickas appeared in all 33 games for the Tigers last year and made nine straight starts from November 24 to December 28. He averaged 5.6 points and 3.0 assists per game and was second on the team with 100 assists on the season.
