Bartholomew entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the New York Jets following the 2024 NFL Draft out of Georgia Southern, spending the preseason with the Jets before being waived during final roster cuts. He was claimed by the Carolina Panthers and spent most of the 2024 season on the Panthers practice squad, seeing action in five games during his rookie season and logging three total tackles, including one for loss, and a pair of passes defensed.
