The Washington Commanders are finalizing a deal to hire Minnesota Vikings pass game defensive coordinator Daronte Jones as their next defensive coordinator. Jones has coached in the NFL since 2016, expect for one year as LSU’s defensive coordinator in 2021. He joined the Vikings coachign staff in2 2022 and was named pass game coordinator a year later.
