Water to be shut off in parts of downtown Aberdeen for emergency watermain repair

Beginning at approximately 9:30am Friday, March 27^th, 2026, B&B Contracting will have the water off in the following area for emergency watermain repair:

300 Block of S. Main St. from 3^rd Ave. to 4^th Ave.

And

3^rd Ave. SE from S. Main St. to S. Lincoln St.

WEST LANE CLOSED on the following street:

S. Main St. from 3^rd Ave. to 4^th Ave.

The water will be off and the road will be closed until finished.  The Public Works department suggests that residents in the affected area collect and store water for personal and restroom use.
