Aberdeen Area Humane Society seeks public help after receiving an influx of over 30 cats from a neglectful home

The Aberdeen Area Humane Society is seeking the public’s help in fostering, adopting and relocating a number of cats which were confiscated by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and Aberdeen Police Department. According to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office, law enforcement took 37 cats and one dog from a residence where the animals were found to be living in neglectful conditions. The Human Society says the organization is in specific need of adult purina cat chow, fancy feast kitten food and clumping cat litter. Cat adoption fees have also been waived at this time.
