The Aberdeen Catholic School System has announced the hiring of Elizabeth Raml as the new middle school/high school principal at Aberdeen Roncalli. She will take over for the 2026-27 school year. Raml will replace Deacon Ed Mitzel who has decided to return to teaching. Raml comes to Aberdeen Roncalli from Huron South Dakota where she has been serving as a teacher since 2020. Prior to working in Huron, Raml taught at Simmons Middle School in the Aberdeen Public School District.
