Aberdeen man arrested on alleged charges of hiring someone to rape someone he knows and more

An Aberdeen man has been arrested, accused of attempting to hire someone to rape a person he knows. According to authorities, 67-year-old Mark Rathbun was booked in jail Friday, accused of soliciting rape and having child pornography and unlawful use of a computer system. Court documents claim Rathbun used someone else’s computer without their permission so he could access confidential information.
