Aberdeen Police Department employee Dan Kaiser announced candidacy for Brown County Sheriff

Aberdeen Police Department employee Dan Kaiser has announced his candidacy for Brown County Sheriff. According to a press release from his campaign, Kaiser has more than two decades of service in law enforcement, military leadership and public service. He currently serves on the administrative team of the Aberdeen Police Department and once represented District 3 in the state house of representatives. Kaiser ran for Sheriff in 2016 but lost to incumbent Mark Milbrandt in the Republican primary. The current Brown County Sheriff is Dave Lunzman.
