Aberdeen smoke shop faces misdemeanor charges regarding possession, sale and distribution of illegal substances

South Dakota Attorney General Marty Jackley reports five smoke shop owners across the state have been indicted after an undercover sting operation seeking to obtain illegal products in their businesses.

One of the shops is located in Aberdeen. According to the AG’s office 31-year-old Emad Zuhair Wazwaz of Blain Minnesota, doing business as All the Smoke Aberdeen faces two misdemeanor counts of possession, sale and distribution of substances for purpose of intoxication.

He also faces one misdemeanor count of sale or distribution of chemical modified or converted industrial hemp.

On the first two charges he faces a maximum of one year in jail and a $2,000 fine while on the other charge he faces a maximum of 30 days in county jail and a $500 fine.
