The idea of city officials or city employees taking non-disclosure agreements or NDA’s while working with data center providers has come up several times throughout this process.
Wager claims no NDA’s have been agreed to that he is aware of and that NDAs and city government are not compatible…
Another idea discussed in the community is bringing to a vote whatever ordinance the city council creates governing data centers. Wager says legally that is not an option…
