Congressman Johnson talks state parole system and his “Safe South Dakota” initiative

South Dakota US Congressman and GOP gubernatorial candidate Dusty Johnson has released a plan he says, if elected, will help make the state safer.

According to his “Safer South Dakota” plan, Johnson wants to focus on offender accountability, consequences for drug dealers, parental notification, and real-time tracking for overdose data.
