Dan Kaiser hopes to end drama, bring stability to Brown County Sheriff’s office if elected

Aberdeen Police Department employee Dan Kaiser is one of four men vying for the GOP nomination for Brown County Sheriff.

Kaiser is a US Army veteran, a longtime officer with the Aberdeen Police Department, former state lawmaker and unsuccessfully ran for the Sheriff’s Office in 2018.

Kaiser says he hopes to end the drama that has currently engulfed the sheriff’s office…

If elected, Kaiser wants to do what could be described as an audit of the departments current policies. He also wants to see those policies implemented equally across the board…

Kaiser says if elected he would like to invest in his staff by providing training both in house and bringing in other professionals…

The primary election will be June 2nd. Early voting is already underway. Other candidates on the ballot for the GOP nomination for Sheriff include incumbent Dave Lunzman, Rob Weinmeister and Linn Kamin.
