Development Corp. CEO Tim Hanigan announces candidacy for District 3 State House

Aberdeen Development Corp chief executive officer Tim Hanigan has announced his candidacy to represent District 3 in Pierre. According to a release about Hanigan’s campaign, he will seek a seat in the House of Representatives. Hanigan is a Republican who says his campaign will focus on bringing practical leadership, economic growth and a results-driven approach to Pierre. So far two new candidates including Spencer Sommers and Hanigan have announced their candidate for District 3 House. They may have to square off with incumbent Republicans Al Novstrop and Brandei Schaefbauer in the Republican primary scheduled for June 2^nd.
