The South Dakota Department of Corrections has announced another inmate has passed away will in custody. According to the DOC, 60-year-old Michael Sedlmeier passed away at a local hospital on Monday December 1st. Sedlmeier was serving a sentence for first degree manslaughter and DWI 3rd offense out of Davison county at the Mike Durfee State Prison at the time of his death.
