Holgate middle school principal Bo Beck named next Athletic Director for the Aberdeen Public School District

Holgate Middle School principal Bo Beck has been named the next athletic director for the Aberdeen Public School district. The change was approved by the Aberdeen School Board during its regular meeting Monday. Beck has been the principal at Holgate Middle School since 2018 but will leave the position to replace Dawn Seiler as AD. Seiler has announced her retirement at the end of the school year. Seiler spent a long tenure as the varsity girls basketball coach at central before spending the past five seasons as AD. Kelsey Scarborough has been announced as the next principal at Holgate. She had been serving as the assistant principal at Simmons Middle School.
