Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to give commencement speech

Homeland Security Secretary and former South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem has been chosen to give the spring commencement speech at Dakota State University. DSU announced Wednesday it had offered Noem the opportunity to speak back when she was governor and left the invitation open after she joined the Trump administration. Commencement at Dakota State is scheduled for May 10^th. IN a statement about her speaking, Noem called the invitation an honor.
