The Brown County Auditors Office has announced in-person absentee voting will begin Monday April 27th for the June 2nd primary election.
Voting was supposed to begin Friday April 17th, but was delayed due to a quirk in the calendar that did not allow enough time between working through candidate petitions and getting ballots ready and printed.
In person voting is required by state law to begin 46 days before an election. Voters can vote at the Brown County Courthouse between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Voters are reminded to have their identification with them when they come to vote as it is required by law.
