A power outage left approximately 8,000 NorthWestern Energy customers without power for a short period of time Friday morning.
According to NorthWestern Energy, the outage happened around 8:00 a.m. and affected properties in the southern half of Aberdeen.
Power was fully restored within about a half hour. The cause of the outage is under investigation.
