South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden defeated challenger Aberdeen businessman Toby Doeden last night in the first runoff election of its kind in state’s history.
Rhoden will serve as the GOP nominee for Governor in the upcoming general election this November. He will square off against Democrat Dan Ahlers.
