Kessler’s in Aberdeen has announced it has sold the business to Minnesota-based grocery company Coborns. Coborns is based out of St. Cloud Minnesota and operates grocery stores under the names Hornbachers, Cash wise and Coborn’s. However, in a post outlining the sale Reed Kesslers, the grocery store’s current owner, says the Aberdeen and Miller location will continue to operate under the Kessler’s name. The post goes onto say Kessler’s has existed for 86 years and four generations of Kesslers have been owners/operators. The sale is expected to go through in late April.
