A 23-year-old Milbank man needed medical attention over the weekend for hypothermia. According to the Brookings Police Department, officers say the man was found in the ally between Office Peeps and Foss Studio. Onlookers called in about a man suffering a medical emergency around 7:31 a.m. The victim was taken to a local hospital before being flown to Sioux Falls for advance patient treatment for hypothermia.
