The NFL has announced the Minnesota Vikings will play the San Francisco 49ers in Mexico City Mexico at Estadio Banorte. For the Vikings, it will be the first game in franchise history to be played in Mexico. The game will be featured as Sunday night football on November 22nd. The 49ers will be considered the home team in this game and it will be their third time playing in Mexico. In total nine NFL games will be played on international soil, across four continents and seven countries.
