A Wall, South Dakota woman died Monday in a single-vehicle crash near Scenic, South Dakota.
Preliminary crash information indicates Kristina Yellowhawk, the driver of a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, was traveling northbound on Bombing Range Road when the vehicle left the road. She attempted to correct and lost control of the vehicle, sending it into a roll. She sustained fatal injuries. Her passenger was taken to a Rapid City hospital with serious non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation is ongoing. All information released is preliminary.
