The name has been released of a Watertown man killed last Thursday in a single-vehicle accident near Watertown. According to the Department of Public Safety, Chad Michael Twiss was westbound on 173rd street near 448th avenue. His vehicle left the road, entered the north ditch and rolled. He was ejected from the vehicle and sustained fatal injuries.
