Registration now open for Gypsy Day parade

Registration is now open for the annual Northern State Gypsy Day homecoming parade. This year’s theme celebrates Northern’s 125^th anniversary and invites participants to do the same by honoring the school’s rich history. Gypsy Days will be Saturday September 26^th with the parade beginning at 9:00 a.m. You can register your float online at northern.edu/gypsy-days. The cost to register is $25 but goes up after August 31^st. Prizes for best float include First place: $500, two tickets to the president’s suite for a 2026 Wolves football game and the first float after the grand entry in the 2027 parade. Second place: $250 and second float after the grand entry in 2027. Third place: $100 and third float after the grand entry in 2027. NSU student club: $500 for top student organization.
