South Dakota Governor Larry Rhoden made his re-election campaign official Tuesday, announcing he is seeking a second term as governor at the Alex Johnson Hotel in Sioux Falls.
Rhoden will enter the GOP primary seeking the Republican gubernatorial nomination in a crowded field, a field that has already been a bitter fight. That GOP gubernatorial field includes US Representative Dusty Johnson, Speaker of the South Dakota House of Representatives Jon Hansen and Aberdeen businessmen Toby Doeden.
