Beginning at approximately 9:30am Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, the following road will be closed to thru traffic to accommodate the circus at the Civic Arena:
2nd Ave. SE from S. Washington St. to S. Jay St.
The road is scheduled to be closed until Sunday afternoon or until it is open. Motorists are advised to take alternate routes.
Beginning at approximately 9am Tuesday, March 31st, 2026, the water will be off intermittently and the road will be closed in the following area for diagnosis of a water leak:
16th Ave. SE from S. Roosevelt St. to Mel Ros Dr.
The water will be off and the road will be closed until finished. The Public Works department suggests that residents in the affected area collect and store water for personal and restroom use.
