SDSU running back Nathaniel White’s death from natural causes according to police

The Brookings Police Department reports South Dakota State running back Nathaniel White died of natural causes. White was found dead early Wednesday morning June 25^th by his roommate. The roommate contacted police shortly before 7:00 a.m. On that day reporting White was not breathing. An investigation was launched by the Brookings Police Department regarding the matter. Police now say White died suddenly from a medical event that disrupted his breathing and heart function. He was 20 years old. White was a transfer student from the University of Wisconsin arriving in Brookings in January.
